This policy applies to all orders placed with us as a custom clothing manufacturer.

 

1. Custom-Made Products – No Standard Returns

All products are custom manufactured according to buyer-approved specifications, including fabric, color, size, labels, trims, prints, embroidery,

and packaging. Because all orders are custom-made, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once production has started,

except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

 

2. Manufacturing Defects & Quality Assurance

For orders of 100 pieces minimum, any manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, one of the following remedies will be provided:

• Replacement of defective items

• Reproduction of affected items

• Credit/discount applied toward a future order

This policy applies only to genuine manufacturing defects—not issues related to buyer-approved designs, specifications, or size charts.

 

3. Exclusions (Non-Eligible Claims)

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

• Variations approved during sampling or pre-production

• Buyer-approved size, color, fabric, or design choices

• Minor variations within standard industry tolerances

• Damage caused after delivery (misuse, washing, storage, or handling)

 

4. Claim Submission Requirements

To file a claim, the buyer must submit:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/videos showing the defect

• A written description of the issue

Claims lacking proper documentation may not be approved.

 

5. Review & Resolution Timeline

Claims will be reviewed within 7–10 business days after full documentation is received.
Approved resolutions will be carried out through replacement production, reproduction, or a credit on a future order.

 

6. Shipping for Replacements

For confirmed manufacturing defects:

• Replacement items will be produced at no additional product cost.

• Shipping arrangements will be determined based on the specific situation and mutual agreement.

 

7. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise this policy at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
