1. Custom Manufacturing Policy
We produce all items strictly according to the buyer’s approved specifications, including fabric, color, size, trims, labels, print/embroidery details, and packaging.
As every order is custom-made, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not possible once production has begun.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Quality Policy
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design.
If verified manufacturing defects are identified within the MOQ, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement of defective pieces

Reproduction of the affected items

Discount adjustment on the next order
This applies only to genuine manufacturing errors, not to issues arising from buyer-approved specifications or size charts.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment at order placement is preferred. If not possible, a 50% advance is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment. ⚠️ Production starts only after payment is received.
4. Production Timeline
Standard production time is 15–30 working days from the date payment is received. Timelines may vary based on order quantity, customization level, and raw material availability.
5. Pre-Production Sample & Approval
A pre-production sample will be provided (physical or photo/video) before bulk production. Bulk production begins only after formal buyer approval. Multiple approval stages will be required to ensure accuracy. Final approval confirms acceptance of all specifications.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Once completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Shipping times may vary due to customs or courier operations.
Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
7. Communication & Buyer Responsibility
Buyers must review all samples, visuals, and specifications carefully and provide timely written approvals.
Delays in approval may extend production timelines.
8. Manufacturing Tolerance Disclaimer
Minor variations in color, texture, or finishing may occur due to standard dyeing and manufacturing processes. These are considered normal tolerances within the apparel industry.
