SKETCH
We begin with sketching, where ideas are translated into clear visual concepts. This stage defines the style, fit, and core design elements, ensuring the creative direction is aligned with your brand vision.
TECH FILE
We prepare a detailed tech file (tech pack) outlining measurements, construction details, trims, and stitching guidelines. This document acts as the blueprint for accurate sampling and production.

FABRIC SOURCING
Our team sources high-quality fabrics from trusted suppliers based on your design requirements, performance needs, and budget. We ensure consistency, durability, and the right fabric selection for each style.
KNITTING
For knit products, we produce fabric in-house or through certified mills. The knitting process is monitored closely to achieve the correct weight, texture, stretch, and quality specifications.
DYEING

SAMPLING

SEWING
